Requesting a mentoring relationship can be intimidating. Who should you contact and how to contact them are difficult decisions to make. This podcast allows listeners to join a "mentoring" session with a woman in a leadership role in international trade without having to manage schedules.
AWARENESS
The second goal of the podcast is to provide an overview of all the different ways an international trade career can develop. There are so many different ways to create your career and the exciting part is that there are also so many paths once you establish a career.
CONNECTION
The women interviewed on this podcast have all been open to discussing their careers with a complete stranger and were willing to provide encouragement to other women in the field.
